Joshua Wallace
Joshua is a seasoned expert known for his technical excellence, leadership, and deep commitment to doing things the right way. As the proud owner of Family Air HVAC Services, he brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a personal touch to every aspect of the business.
Joshua’s career is marked by standout achievements, including being crowned the top HVAC technician in North Texas after winning the prestigious HVAC Home Pro Challenge. He began his career directly out of trade school working his way up the ladder for 25 years from a entry level position to upper management. His leadership extends beyond the field as well as he formerly served as Chairman of the Board at Tarrant County College for several years, where he helped shape the future of skilled trades education. He also volunteers at his church and sponsors local schools.
In addition to his technical accolades, Joshua has spent over a decade in management, where he has played a pivotal role in growing companies from modest operations into multi-million dollar enterprises. As a part-owner in previous ventures, his business acumen and team-focused leadership have consistently driven success.
Joshua remains passionate about raising industry standards, mentoring the next generation of HVAC professionals, and ensuring families across East Texas stay comfortable year-round. His journey is one of hard work, growth, and a relentless drive to be the best in the business.
Christian Wallace
Joshua’s wife Christian (who happens to be his high school sweetheart) has over 20 years of experience in operations, accounting, payroll and administrative leadership. She brings a deep commitment to the heart of Family Air, our customers, and community.
Christian began her professional journey with the City of Irving in 2001, where she built a distinguished career that spanned two decades. Rising through the ranks from a Sr. Accounting Clerk to Administrative Assistant for the Engineering Department, she became known for her attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to service. She led training programs, managed payroll and accounting functions for large teams, improved administrative systems, and contributed to award-winning projects — including the Texas Award for Performance Excellence (TAPE), before retiring after 20 years of impactful service.
Today, Christian brings that same level of excellence and dedication to her work in the HVAC industry. Her leadership is grounded in a proven track record of efficiency, professionalism, and putting people first. At Family Air, Christian ensures every customer experience is smooth, responsive, and reliable — because she believes that trust and quality are just as important as technical skill.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Christian is deeply committed to community service. She has volunteered both through her Church and the City of Irving’s employee volunteer program, assisting with fundraisers and community improvement projects, including housing repair initiatives for local residents in need.
