Family air came out in an emergency situation when our air conditioner didn’t work. It was 9 o’clock at night. They blew out water that had gotten built up. Today I had a issue with the A/C unit and I called Family Air HVAC and left a message 5 minutes later I got a text back stating that they would be at the house in1 hour Mr Wallace the owner got to my house and did maintenance on my A/C unit Went over everything he did and explained the issues and even had pictures where I could see what the problem was . Now that I done business with Family Air I will always recommend them to everyone I know ( They were Honest ) that meant a lot to me . So if you need any service please give them a try.
This is a great company to work with. We found that they were fair with pricing, made efforts to explain things well, quick to do the job, and most importantly, very honest. They saved our church thousands of dollars by making repairs when another company told us that the only option that we had was to replace an AC unit.
