A customer in Alba, Texas called us because their heat pump wasn't heating properly. Our technician arrived and quickly found the problem. The coil sensor had come loose from the evaporator coil. This loose connection was causing the defrost cycles to run incorrectly, which prevented proper heating. We securely reattached the coil sensor to its proper position.
