Alba, TX ▪ Customer stated attic fans were not working, and the attic was very hot causing the a/c to not cool. We found both attic fans indeed were burned out. We replaced both attic fan motors and performed a tune up on the a/c unit. The temperature in the house instantly started dropping after both services were completed.

The customer had a Certainteed Ventilation Attic Fans [Model #F051282506], which the tech replaced with a new Air Vent.

Alba, TX ▪ Customer had a mini split blower motor that was making loud noise when running. We diagnosed that the bearings in the blower motor were bad causing the loud whining noise. We replaced the blower motor and upon start up the motor was very quiet. In addition, while the unit was open and taken apart, we went ahead and cleaned all the organic growth from inside the system. The customer was extremely happy with the results.

Family Air found the dryer vent completely blocked with lent and dirt. We took apart dryer vent and cleaned out several times from both directions. We removed a lot of lent from the vent pipe and from inside dryer and now the dryer and pipe are clean and drying well again.

The customer has a Maytag Clothes Dryer, which our technician returned to good condition.
