We replaced the rusted inducer motor assembly with a new one and the heat turned on and started heating that wing. Customer is extremely happy that we were able to fix so fast.

Customer called Family Air on a Sunday about an a/c unit that was leaking water due to a condensate leak and flooding the area around it. Family Air responded and was onsite in 1.5 hours. We found the main drain that the a/c drains into was clogged which wasn't allowing the a/c to drain. We cleared the main drain and tested by pouring lots of water down the drain. Everything is now draining properly at this time.
