Customer is experiencing very high humidity inside the home and inside the foamed attic. This high humidity has led to organic growth both in the attic and in the hvac system. Customer called out a third party mold test and they confirmed there are two types of mold growing inside the home and the foamed attic. Family air was called out to determine the problem for the high humidity and help get clean the air. We found several things that were contributing to the high humidity. A/c not working properly, no dehumidifiers, bathroom exhaust fans are blowing the air into the attic, and foam in attic has missing sections. We are submitting estimates to the customer so they can submit to the builder because this is a new house and they would like to try and get reimbursement of some sort before work begins.
