Customer needed system check out for winter. The customer was already on our maintenance program, so we performed a fall tune up. The heater is turning on and off as it should however, we found a couple of items of concern. The unit has had moisture problems in the past and has caused everything inside to rust. Although all parts are currently working this will shorten the life of some of the parts. The other thing we noticed was the return ducts were coated in dirt. We will be sending an estimate for duct cleaning and to address some of the rusty parts.

Customer called Family Air out because they needed more airflow to a certain room. After measuring out the room we determined that we could add an additional duct to the back room. We added a new duct, properly hung and strapped it up, and air sealed the top of the plenum where we installed the duct. The room is now getting a lot more airflow.
