Customer had one bedroom that was always too hot or too cold. We determined that the duct was too small feeding that corner bedroom which was resulting in poor airflow. Family Air measured the room and performed an airflow calculation to determine the correct duct size needed. We then removed the existing 5" duct and replaced it with a 7" duct. The airflow into the room in much stronger now and will resolve the issue.

Customer call Family Air requesting air duct cleaning. After discussing different duct cleaning options we decided the basic duct cleaning would be best for this house. We removed all supply and return grilles and cleaned all ducts using dual hepa filtration equipment. Customer is very satisfied and pleased with the results. Additionally, we cleaned what looked like mold from inside the bottom of the hvac system.
