Customer needed the dryer vent cleaned out due to clothes not drying very well and she knew it was dirty and hadn't ever been done. Family Air found the dryer vent completely blocked with lent and dirt. We took apart dryer vent and cleaned out several times from both directions. We removed a lot of lent from the vent pipe and from inside dryer and now the dryer and pipe are clean and drying well again.

I’ve been needing my dryer vent cleared out for about 20 years (no exaggeration). Joshua just happened to be sitting in his van at the post office and I noticed on the van it said dryer vent service. I spoke to him and he agreed to do the job even though it hadn’t been done in 30 years. He was very friendly and followed through on everything he said. Just a really nice guy. He didn’t complain about 30 years of crud that he removed from the vent! I was super happy with the job he did, with the price, and with him in general.
