Customer said residents in hall 5 were cold due to the heat not working. When Family Air arrived we found the unit for that hall was in a lock out. We took off the faulty part and cleaned out. The unit immediately turned on and started heating. We were successful is making the repair. Everybody is happy and will be much warmer now that the unit is working.

This shows the unit was was not working which was located on the roof of the bulding.
