Customer requested a heating tune up. We went out and performed a fall tune up on one heat pump system. The heat pump side was working great however the emergency heat was not working. We found a faulty high limit switch. We replaced the high limit switch, and all the heating elements came on. Customer is very happy we found the problem before the cold weather gets here.

Customer stated attic fans were not working, and the attic was very hot causing the a/c to not cool. We found both attic fans indeed were burned out. We replaced both attic fan motors and performed a tune up on the a/c unit. The temperature in the house instantly started dropping after both services were completed.

All electrical components are testing good, refrigerant levels are good, and unit is heating good. We found no problems with the unit.

Customer needed a/c check up. We performed a thorough a/c spring tune up and cleaned the outside condenser coil and put a/c pan tabs in the drain line to prevent it from building up algae. No issues were found, unit is running as intended.
