Customer needed annual a/c tune up. Technician performed an a/c or spring tune up on their air conditioning system. Made sure all parts including the run capacitor was working as designed. At that time the technician found major air leaks in attic. We air sealed the leaks by taping and adding air sealant. The unit is no longer leaking air to the attic and the air conditioner is also fully tune up and working as designed.

Customer called with a no heat problem. Family Air found the heat pump was low on refrigerant causing the auxiliary heat to run an excessive amount of time. We corrected an indoor wiring issue and added refrigerant to the system and gave the customer options about repairs. The unit is now working as intended. Customer signed up for regular maintenance so this issue will be looked at again in the spring to see if it has gotten worse.
