Customer called because of a no cool. We found the thermostat that controls the system had malfunctioned. Family air replaced the thermostat and completed a full evaluation of the system and left further recommendations for maintenance of other parts. The unit was cooling when we left and customer was happy. The customer will get the other recommendations approved by the board and call us back later.
