Customer said the outdoor a/c condenser was not working and the fan blades were not turning. When we arrived we found the indoor unit running and the outdoor unit was not running at all. We diagnosed a faulty dual run capacitor which was not passing voltage to allow unit to come on. We replaced the dual run capacitor and the unit turned on. We proceeded to do a full diagnostic. The customer then wanted a tune up so we performed a complete a/c tune up and cleaned the outdoor coils. The unit is now working and cooling great.
