A customer in Mineola, TX called us when their air conditioner stopped working. Our technician arrived to find the refrigerant level was very low due to a leak in the system.

We quickly identified that the indoor evaporator coil was leaking refrigerant. To keep the customer comfortable while we waited for replacement parts, we topped off the system so they could have cooling in the meantime.

Once the manufacturer parts arrived, we replaced the faulty evaporator coil. We then pressure tested the new coil and all new welds to ensure everything was secure. Next, we pulled a proper vacuum on the system and recharged it with the correct amount of refrigerant.

As an extra protection measure, we also installed a surge protector on the outdoor unit. This helps guard against electrical surges that can damage expensive HVAC components.

The air conditioning system is now cooling properly and running efficiently. The customer can enjoy reliable comfort in their home again.
