A Mineola homeowner called Family Air HVAC Services after their air conditioner stopped cooling properly. They had been referred to us by a family member. Our technician performed a thorough inspection and found the system was very low on refrigerant. A leak test revealed that the evaporator coil was leaking refrigerant. We added enough refrigerant to restore temporary cooling while we order a replacement coil. The customer now has air conditioning while waiting for us to return and install the new evaporator coil.
