Today I had a issue with the A/C unit and I called Family Air HVAC and left a message 5 minutes later I got a text back stating that they would be at the house in1 hour Mr Wallace the owner got to my house and did maintenance on my A/C unit Went over everything he did and explained the issues and even had pictures where I could see what the problem was . Now that I done business with Family Air I will always recommend them to everyone I know ( They were Honest ) that meant a lot to me . So if you need any service please give them a try.

After discovering some possible problems with our home AC unit, we scheduled for Josh to come out and take a look for us. We had a GREAT experience- he took his time, walked us through everything he was doing and looking at, broke down how he could fix some of the things that needed adjusting, and was honest and fair with pricing! My husband went ahead and had him schedule us on the books for next year! Couldn’t recommend them enough!
