I’ve been needing my dryer vent cleared out for about 20 years (no exaggeration). Joshua just happened to be sitting in his van at the post office and I noticed on the van it said dryer vent service. I spoke to him and he agreed to do the job even though it hadn’t been done in 30 years. He was very friendly and followed through on everything he said. Just a really nice guy. He didn’t complain about 30 years of crud that he removed from the vent! I was super happy with the job he did, with the price, and with him in general. I know this was a small job compared to A/C service, but it meant a lot to me. I highly recommend this business!

I had been dealing with ongoing issues with my AC not cooling and had multiple service visits through my home warranty with no real answers. I finally decided to call Family Air in Quitman, TX, and I’m so glad I did. Josh came out the very next day and was extremely professional and thorough. Instead of doing a quick check, he took the time to properly inspect the system and quickly found the real problem. The blower wheel was completely blocked and the capacitor was failing—issues that had been missed during previous visits. He explained everything clearly, showed me exactly what was wrong, and got everything cleaned and working properly again. My AC is finally cooling like it should. I really appreciate the honesty, quick response time, and attention to detail. If you’re in the Quitman area and need AC work done right the first time, I highly recommend Family Air and Josh.

Josh was great! He came to my house, quickly found the issue and gave options, all of wich were fairly priced out. I highly recommend Josh and his company they make you feel like family and see you as such. Unlike most of these big box companies who just see you as money signs.

Had Josh come out from Family Air HVAC. My Ac wasnt blowing cold and the condenser wasnt running. He figured out the issue and found another burnt up electrical wire. He replaced the parts and fixed my issues and now the AC is blowing cold. He offered a condenser cleaning for a cheaper fee than listed on top of the corrective maintenance. He was also right on time and communicated clearly and effectively. I believe him to be honest Would highly suggest.

This is a great company to work with. We found that they were fair with pricing, made efforts to explain things well, quick to do the job, and most importantly, very honest. They saved our church thousands of dollars by making repairs when another company told us that the only option that we had was to replace an AC unit.
