This customer in Mineola, TX was due for their regular air conditioner maintenance visit. Family Air HVAC Services performed a thorough inspection of all the major components. That included checking the electrical connections, inspecting the motors, washing down the condenser coils, clearing the condensate drain, and replacing the air filters.

During the maintenance, our technician discovered a control board that was beginning to fail. Catching this early made a big difference. We replaced the board before it could cause a breakdown, saving the customer from a potential loss of cooling on a hot Texas day.

With the new board in place and maintenance complete, the unit is running like new again. Regular maintenance visits like this one are the best way to catch small problems before they become expensive repairs.
