I’ve been needing my dryer vent cleared out for about 20 years (no exaggeration). Joshua just happened to be sitting in his van at the post office and I noticed on the van it said dryer vent service. I spoke to him and he agreed to do the job even though it hadn’t been done in 30 years. He was very friendly and followed through on everything he said. Just a really nice guy. He didn’t complain about 30 years of crud that he removed from the vent! I was super happy with the job he did, with the price, and with him in general. I know this was a small job compared to A/C service, but it meant a lot to me. I highly recommend this business!

Family air came out in an emergency situation when our air conditioner didn’t work. It was 9 o’clock at night. They blew out water that had gotten built up. After discovering some possible problems with our home AC unit, we scheduled for Josh to come out and take a look for us. We had a GREAT experience- he took his time, walked us through everything he was doing and looking at, broke down how he could fix some of the things that needed adjusting, and was honest and fair with pricing! Today I had a issue with the A/C unit and I called Family Air HVAC and left a message 5 minutes later I got a text back stating that they would be at the house in1 hour Mr Wallace the owner got to my house and did maintenance on my A/C unit Went over everything he did and explained the issues and even had pictures where I could see what the problem was . Now that I done business with Family Air I will always recommend them to everyone I know ( They were Honest ) that meant a lot to me . So if you need any service please give them a try.
