I’ve been needing my dryer vent cleared out for about 20 years (no exaggeration). Joshua just happened to be sitting in his van at the post office and I noticed on the van it said dryer vent service. I spoke to him and he agreed to do the job even though it hadn’t been done in 30 years. He was very friendly and followed through on everything he said. Just a really nice guy. He didn’t complain about 30 years of crud that he removed from the vent! I was super happy with the job he did, with the price, and with him in general. I know this was a small job compared to A/C service, but it meant a lot to me. I highly recommend this business!

When it comes to HVAC, being licensed by the state isn’t always enough. You want someone who is able to truly diagnose the problem and resolve it without wasting your time or money. Family Air is a company that is passionate about their trade and always doing the right thing. My last encounter with them involved a unit that was leaking freon slowly due to age. My home insurance company said “it just needs its annual recharge” like I had done before. I chose to call Family Air for a second opinion and confirmed that I was time for a new unit.
