Family air came out in an emergency situation when our air conditioner didn’t work. It was 9 o’clock at night. They blew out water that had gotten built up. I have had Josh out to the house a couple of times with issues with our 20+ year old AC unit. Both times he was able to get it operating again at a very reasonable price when we admittedly need a new unit, but don’t have the budget for right now. He is A very friendly, honest, and capable, HVAC technician.

I’ve been needing my dryer vent cleared out for about 20 years (no exaggeration). Joshua just happened to be sitting in his van at the post office and I noticed on the van it said dryer vent service. I spoke to him and he agreed to do the job even though it hadn’t been done in 30 years. He was very friendly and followed through on everything he said. Just a really nice guy. He didn’t complain about 30 years of crud that he removed from the vent! I was super happy with the job he did, with the price, and with him in general. I know this was a small job compared to A/C service, but it meant a lot to me. I highly recommend this business!

When you need quick service and quality repairs this is the go to HVAC company. They were able to identify the issue and bring down the temps same day. Got the parts to fix the attic exhaust fans within a day also to further cool down the house. You could hang meat in here now if you wanted to in the middle of summer!

Had Josh come out from Family Air HVAC. My Ac wasnt blowing cold and the condenser wasnt running. He figured out the issue and found another burnt up electrical wire. He replaced the parts and fixed my issues and now the AC is blowing cold. He offered a condenser cleaning for a cheaper fee than listed on top of the corrective maintenance. He was also right on time and communicated clearly and effectively. I believe him to be honest Would highly suggest.
